ORDER MINIMUM & OUTGOING SHIPMENTS
- To help streamline our service to you, we’ve set up a temporary $2000 order minimum for all transactions containing bullion products. Digital products, Gifts Ideas and Cool & Collectibles have no minimum purchase.
- Our shipping services for all physical product orders are currently limited to ground service only, as couriers cannot guarantee express services.
- Couriers are still experiencing delays in various areas for both pick-ups and deliveries. Please enter your tracking information on the specified courier's website to get the latest updates on your delivery.

- If you haven't used this payment option before, this is how it works:
- Go into the Payments section of your online bank account
- Click "Pay a Bill"
- Click "Add a Payee"
- Search: "Kitco", then select "Kitco Metals"
- Enter your Kitco account number as a reference
- Complete your payment following the instructions provided on your online bank account

- Due to the high volume of orders we're currently receiving, there may be some slight delays to our usual order processing times. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
- Shipping Update
- Customers in Canada with a purchase size over $10,000 will need to pick up their order at a designated courier hub. Details of the nearest pick-up location to your home will be provided after your payment is processed. This new policy is to increase our security measures for high value packages. Regular home delivery will return as soon as possible.

- If you want to lock in a price, you’ll need to have collateral. Please check the collateral requirements in our FAQs section.
- No collateral? No worries. You can still send your items to us, but they’ll be priced at the moment of verification. With the current courier delays and high level of transactions we’re receiving, it could take us slightly longer than usual to verify your items after we receive them.
