Funding Your Kitco Account

Prefunding your account ahead of time means you're ready to act when the moment's right. Here's what you get:

✔ Bank Wire Transfer (All Regions)

To access Kitco's bank wire instructions, simply log in to your Kitco account and navigate to the How to Add Funds section.

✔ New! Interac e-Transfer (Canada Only)

Canadian customers can bow fund their Kitco accounts in CAD using Interac e-Transfer.

1. Log in to you Canadian online banking account.
2. Send the payment to: interac@kitco.com
3. No security question needed - Kitcco is Auto-Deposit enabled.
4. In the message field, include your Kitco account name and account number.

Example: Kitco Info John Smith 012345678

Note: Kitco doesn't set a transfer limit, but your bank may have one.

✔ Online Bill Payment (Canada Only)

You may also fund your account in CAD using Online Bill Payment at most Canadian banks.

Participating Institutions:

BMO, CIBC, RBC, National Bank, Scotia Bank, TD, Simplii Financial, Laurentian Bank, Desjardins, Tangerine, Manulife

Here's how it works:

• Go into Payments section of your online bank account
• click "Pay a Bill" and then "Add a Payee"
• Search: "Kitco", then select "Kitco Metals"
• Enter your Kitco account number as reference
• Complete your payment following the instructions provided on your online banking account

✔ Checks and Bank Drafts (U.S. and Canada Only)

Accepted (up to $25,000):

• Personal or business check (5-day holding period)
• Certified check/ Cashier's check / Official check (3 day hold)
• Bank draft (3 day hold)
• Bank-issued money order (3 day hold)

Not accepted: Postal money orders or third-party checks.

Just a heads up, we can only accept payments under the name(s) matching your Kitco account. Third-party payments will be returned within 7-10 business days.

Without funds on account, there are limita to how much you can lock in:

• U.S. & Canada: up to $50,000
• International: up to $20,000

With funds added (prefunding):

• Prefund your account with 15% of your order value to raise your limits to $100,000, letting you go beyond the $50,000 cap with only a small upfront deposit.
• With a 25% deposit, your limit increases to $250,000, giving you even greater purchasing power without full prepayment.

Prefunding gives you more flexibility, higher limits, and greater peace of mind when placing your order.
