How to Send Payments to Kitco

BANK WIRE PAYMENTS

To ensure accurate and efficient processing of Bank Wire transactions, we ask that you do the following before sending a payment to us:

1. Follow the information for the payment method that applies to you (based on the currency in which you are paying)
2. Validate the appropriate information
3. Confirm the total amount due to Kitco with your financial institution

PAYING WITH A BANK WIRE

Kitco accepts Bank Wire payments in American dollars, Canadian dollars, Euros and Pound sterling from North American and International banks.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with these instructions:

1. Log in to your Kitco account and obtain bank wire information from the profile section.
2. Print the bank wire instructions.
3. Confirm the total amount due to Kitco with your financial institution.
4. Enter your Kitco account number as reference.

Our office typically receives wire transfers within 1-3 business days of submission. Please note; we only accept same-day bank wire payments and no ACH transactions.
