This impressive, very thin, silver foil is colored and engraved with images of Spock and the U.S.S. EnterpriseNCC-1701. Made from 5g of pure .999 silver, the note is printed with its unique number in the mintage and it’s presented in a protective sleeve which includes details of the note's authenticity.
The obverse of the pure silver note features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and is legal tender in Niue.
Spock, whose lineal Vulcan name is unpronounceable, was born in 2230 in Shi'Kahr, Vulcan. Spock's mother was a human schoolteacher from Earth and his father a respected Vulcan diplomat. For most of his life, Spock was torn between his emotional human side and the stern discipline of his Vulcan half.
He was the first Vulcan to enlist in Starfleet. Under Captain Kirk's tenure on the U.S.S. Enterprise, he was promoted to commander while serving as both first officer and science officer.
