The lighter weight of this 1/4 oz Platinum American Eagle Coin makes it a particularly good way to add highly tradeable platinum to your portfolio.

Introduced in 1997, the 1/4 oz version of the USA's official platinum bullion coin comes with a guarantee of authenticity from the U.S. Mint, and a face value of $25. It features the "Liberty Looking to the Future" design by John Mercanti, and "Soaring Eagle over America" by Thomas D. Rogers.
