The US Mint has added seal tape to the new Gold and Silver Eagle tubes. This tape is fragile and may tear from even minor movement during transit. You may receive tubes with torn seals. Weinman's "Walking Liberty" half dollar that was introduced in 1917. The reverse depicts a portrait of America's national bird, the bald eagle, in its natural habitat. The powerful bird is shown soaring through the air, its great wings expanded as it carries an oak branch in its finely detailed talons. This singular design was launched mid 2021, as this year marks the 35th Anniversary of the American Eagle Coin Program.
