The third design in the six-part Alphonse Mucha Round Series features the design known as “Rose”. The original artwork was completed in 1898, attempting to depict the personification of the rose flower. Echoing the features of the other works in this series, a distinctive "Mucha Woman" is featured on the 1 oz fine silver round. Her upswept hair is adorned with roses, a background of flowering roses surround her, and in each hand, she holds a rose in full bloom.
A unique serial number appears on the edge of each individual 1 oz silver round, matching the Certificate of Authenticity included with each item.
