Silver Cougar Coins - Canadian Wildlife Series Coin
The 1 oz Silver Cougar Coin is the third limited-mintage release in the Canadian Wildlife Silver Coin Series, issued biannually by the Royal Canadian Mint.
Struck in 99.99% pure silver, the 2012 edition features a dynamic image of a growling cougar, front paws perched on a tree branch, ready to defend its territory. A subtle outline of a mountainous Canadian landscape appears in the background, adding depth and atmosphere. The reverse includes the “WW” initials of Senior Mint Engraver William Woodruff.
